I bring a wide base of interests and experience to my SHEN practice. Studying herbology, reflexology, irridology, various spiritual disciplines; obtaining a MA and BFA in Fine Arts; teaching for many years and working as a professional artist, traveling, and parenting--all enrich my  practice of SHEN. 

Coming to SHEN myself for healing and insights into childhood family traumas, issues of self esteem and unsatisfactory relationships, I have personally experienced SHEN’s impact in dissolving limitations of an emotional nature.  Experiencing the power of SHEN made offering SHEN to others a natural choice.  To facilitate clients in coming to their full potential is a privilege and joy. 

One very special aspect of my practice has been facilitating other artists in their creative expression through SHEN’s effectiveness in unlocking and accessing their ‘feeling worlds’.
